Our spring drums are hand painted with assorted designs and colours using a traditional dot pattern. You can produce a wide range of thunderous, stormy sounds by holding the tube with the spring hanging from the bottom end and wobbling your wrist. Size approximately 19cm x 6cm
Our ocarinas are hand crafted in Peru from terracotta and hand painted with an assortment of traditional patterns. To play your ocarina breathe steadily into the mouthpiece,cover the holes on the front and back and lift your fingers to make different notes. Size Approximately 5cm
Our thumb pianos are hand made from halved coconut shells in Bali. Each thumb piano has 7 notes and has been hand painted in assorted colours using a traditional dot design. To play your thumb piano, lightly stroke the keys with both thumbs.
Our bird whistles are hand crafted in Bali using bamboo and painted with assorted traditional dot patterns. You can mimic birdsong by blowing in to the whistle and moving the stick up and down. They make excellent stocking or party bag fillers.
Sonajas (meaning bells) are brightly coloured woven basket rattles from Peru. They are made from soft palm straw which is woven by hand and coloured using natural dyes. The beautiful tinkling sound they produce is created by a bell hidden inside.
Our musical frogs are hand carved using sustainable wood from the jack fruit tree in Vietnam .To make your frog ribbit, hold it in one hand and stroke its ridged back with the thick end of the stick provided.
