We may have contact you to confirm stock availability on your order, so please provide a daytime contact number or an email address you will check regularly. It is also possible to make changes to your order at this time.

Gift Orders

We aim to dispatch your orders within 48 hours of receiving payment subject to availability, however please allow up to 14 days for delivery of your purchases. Should you require you orders for a specific date, please contact our customer service team on 0115 9250599 and we will endeavour to meet your needs. We send out all gift orders by 1st Class with Royal Mail.

Pick Up In Store

Please note if you select the delivery option as ‘Pick Up In Store’ we will check our stock levels and then contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time for you to collect your order and from which shop.

Please wait for us to contact you before arriving to collect your order as sometimes we need to transfer items between our two shops to get to them to the store you have chosen to collect from.

Putumayo CD Orders

Iguazu are proud to work with Putumayo and are there official online supplier for their full range across Europe!

As such we offer you FREE POSTAGE for any Putumayo purchase across the whole of Europe!

Please note that any Putumayo returns must still be in their original sealed condition or returns will not be accepted.

Carriage to Mainland UK orders for all non-furniture items is only £2.99, no matter how many items you buy!

Furniture Orders.

All furniture is available to order, and we hold good stock of most items. As long as it is in stock we aim to deliver your goods within 2-3 weeks, however, may need a lead time of up to 5 weeks for remote areas. Due to this we cannot advise further on lead times until your order is placed. Should you require any further details regarding lead times before placing an order, please call our customer service team on 0115 9250599.

Non-mainland UK orders – Gifts and Furniture

Furniture Delivery Standard Service – Small Items

All small items of furniture will either be delivered by ourselves, or using Parcelforce. Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday, within normal office hours. Please check items for damages before the driver leaves, as it is not possible to claim for damages that have occurred in transit, if they are not pointed out to the driver.

When delivered by Parcelforce, if the box appears damaged in any way, please ensure you sign it as damaged to help speed up the process.

Our standard charge for small furniture items is £15 nationwide.  We will be able to dispatch the goods from our warehouse within a few days of receiving the order, dependent upon stock levels.

Furniture Delivery Standard Service – Larger Items

For all larger items we will either deliver your items ourselves if local, or use a dedicated delivery team for further away deliveries. We will deliver the items into a room and position of your choosing, unwrap and wait while you check the items are in good condition. We will then also take away the packaging. We will give you a maximum window of 3 hours (subject to normal traffic conditions) and on request will give you a phone call when we’re about 1 hour away. For all furniture orders, please supply a daytime contact phone number as we need to speak to you to arrange delivery.

Standard delivery is only available on deliveries to UK Mainland addresses. For all other destinations we will contact you with a quotation for delivery. We ship worldwide, so please feel free to place orders wherever you are, and we will give you a call with a quotation for delivery.


Please notify us of any breakages within 7 days of receiving the order, and we will send a replacement. Unwanted items may be returned in their original packaging, in perfect saleable condition, for a full refund. We regret that postage costs cannot be refunded unless goods are being returned due to an error on our part. This applies to both outbound and return postage. Returns must be notified within 14 days of receipt of order, and must be returned within  14 days of contacting us. We will refund your money within 14 days of receiving the item back.

Please note that we have differing returns policies online and in store. For purchases made in store please read our returns policy situated at the counter.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returned earrings unless faulty.

Descriptions and Care of Goods

We have taken every care to ensure that pictures and descriptions are representative, but please be aware that most products are handmade and minor variations are inevitable. This is particularly true for soft furnishings, even more so for those made from recycled sari- all these pieces are unique.
